I've had a realisation that it's nearly been a year since my first date with X... he's still texting me now and again asking for us to meet up and see each other.. I'm managing to resist so far. I'm still too angry with him to entertain the idea of seeing him.

As it's now the run up to Christmas we're also having to take on some additional staff at work.. which is harmless enough. Only problem being that additional staff includes an ex boyfriend of mine - who I will have to work with. Uncomfortable.

Shouldn't be too bad but I acted like a crazy when he broke up with me and felt truly heartbroken.. In essence I was like a love sick teenager - it was not a good look and I'm ashamed of my behaviour. Thankfully I'm hoping he'll be too polite to mention it. On the other hand he could remind me of it and make my hazy memory of the crazy worse..

In other news -

I have a date tonight and I'm off to see the Social Network.. should be good - looking forward to seeing the movie and the guy seems nice. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I managed not to scare him off on the first date - so it's promising. He also shares my intolerance for bad spelling and grammar - which is a point for him. There's still time for me to say or do something ridiculous though..
