Under: Dating..
An extremely hungover blog post today... it was Ladies night last night and we had a fabulous night out at Annabel's on the Barbican. Some fantastic dancing was done and I consumed a large amount of Jager Bombs in between recounting my story of 'the proposition'..
After my last post the texts continued back and forth between him and my manager's witty responses.. and to give full entertainment for all I shall again recount the dialogue word for word:
Him: 'Good! Ha yeah well... Like I said... But be good to meet up then first, maybe take you up on that cup of tea at urs? Have to see how work is right now, still hard at it..'
Reply: 'You need to know that I'm seeing someone too at the moment. He's up for it, but he is bi. So you need to be up for it? We could make our three a four' (particularly enjoyed this turn in the messages.. and his response is one of the funniest things I've ever read..)
Him: 'Ha... woah.... Just to check you know I'm totally straight, not sure if into any group thing with a guy and likely not with a bi guy! Ha, How long you been with him? Is he seeing other people too or? The girl I'm seeing has got cold feet... So I need to find another!..(!!!! What a lovely guy) Unless you have a girl friend in mind?! (I don't know where he's got the impression that I'm into girls from... I'm not) Would you still just consider a fmf..? Well this has all taken an unexpected deep conversation since wondering just to put it out there at the start!x
(now... I may be picky but I wouldn't have constituted this as a deep conversation... would you?!)
Reply: What made you ask me?
Before I write his response I will say that the following use of adjectives to accompany his reasons confirmed my thoughts that he was a bit of an arrogant prick..
Him: 'When we went out for the drink you seemed really confident, had interesting stuff to say, seemed intelligent (SEEMED?! cheers) you have a pretty face, it was all nice and relaxed between us, all those things... you seemed quite sexy when I thought about it.'
Seemed intelligent and quite sexy... wow... I'm overwhelmed.. I'd had enough by this point so I decided to reply and put an end to it.. and he still replied with something despite the fact I told him he'd been providing my work mates some great amusement.
Complete idiot... Plenty of Fish in the sea though...
